Regulations for clients and guests
1.- The client and guests must follow and abide by the rules of the competent authorities of the City de Mexico, which are the ones that govern us in the face of the COVID-19 health emergency.
2.- The client will be responsible for sending their guests, prior to the event, the temporary hygiene protocols, as well as a brief health check questionnaire ante COVID-19 (Anexo 1), will deliver the Executive Sales of Brocante Terrace.
3.- It is mandatory that ALL guests upon arrival at the facilities of Brocante Terraza follow the instructions that will be given for their access, and that they also go through the sanitary filter (use of face masks, mat sanitario para la limpieza de las suelas del calzado, ponerse gel de alcohol en las manos, temperature check and delivery of the “COVID-19 Health Check Questionnaire”.
4.- In case of not meeting the mentioned requirements, the access to Brocante Terraza will be denied.
5.- Once entered, it will not be possible to leave and re-enter, only in case of emergency.
6.- If a guest must leave and wants to re-enter, they must necessarily go through the sanitization processes again.
7.- They must try to maintain a healthy distance during their stay at the event.
8.- There will be alcohol gel in the lounge and restrooms, so that they can continually put it in their hands.
9.- Avoid physical contact such as: kiss greetings, handshakes and hugs
10.- Do not share food, drinks or cutlery.
11.- Avoid attending the event if the temperature is above 37.5°C, since access will not be allowed from the entrance of Brocante Terraza.
This regulation for clients and guests must be signed by the client of NOTED and ACEPTED. In case the client and/or some guests decide not to carry out any of the protocols, because it suits them, it will be their responsibility and they will assume the consequences that the relevant authorities impose.
